Struggling with ongoing conflict or communication breakdowns
Adjusting to life as a blended family with new roles and dynamics
Facing tension between parents and teens
Coping with a major life transition, such as divorce, relocation, or loss
Wanting to create a more supportive and connected home environment
If your family is experiencing these struggles, therapy can provide the guidance and tools to move forward together.

Family therapy is designed to give each member a safe place to express themselves while working toward shared understanding. My approach is rooted in family systems therapy and advanced training from the Ackerman Institute for the Family in New York City.
I help families:
Drawing from my personal and professional experience, I provide a calm, nonjudgmental space where families can heal, grow, and reconnect.
In our first session, I’ll take time to understand your family’s story, challenges, and goals. Sessions often focus on helping each member share openly while learning new skills for communication and problem-solving.
The process is collaborative — we’ll work together to find practical steps and insights that strengthen your family’s relationships.
If your family is ready to find new ways of connecting and supporting one another, I’d be honored to help guide you on that path.
